Dear IPES 2007 Participants:
I would like to inform you that we have chosen AL Bustan Centere & Residence as the IPES 2007 participants' accommodations during the event. For more information about the hotel & Reservation, please visit the following website: www.al-bustan.com
The hotel will offer the following discount rates for the IPES 2007 participants , who would like to stay before/ after the event on their own expenses:
- Single Club Room: (Dhs.660 UAE Dirhams + 10%) = ($180 USA dollars + 10%) Municipality Fees and inclusive of breakfast.
- Single Deluxe Room: (Dhs.550 UAE Dirhams + 10%) = ($150 USA dollars + 10%) Municipality Fees and inclusive of breakfast.
I would like to inform you again that the check-in for the IPES 2007 participants will be on 7th April 2007 and the check-out will be on 13th April, 2007.
I would like to inform you that the welcome dinner will be hosted on 7th April 2007 at AL Bustan Center & Residence where the IPES Participants will stay during the IPES 2007 event in Dubai.
We need all the registered forms in order to include the confirmed participant's necessary information in a database, which will assist us to follow- up the preparation of the event.
In addition, could you please inform the IPES 2007 participants who already registered and the couples/ spouses who are coming with them to provide us with the following information as soon as possible to update our database and for the reception purpose, which will be arranged by the Public Relation Department of Dubai Police?
- 1-Copy of their registration form and payment receipt.
- 2-Copy of their passport by sending it directly by email.
- 3-The flight details including flight number, arrival & departure time.

Dubai Visa Information:
Regarding the process of the visa request:
- Our suggestion is that, the attendees who have registered should apply for visas before 1st April 2007.
- We would like to inform that, after completing the registration form for IPES 2007, any participant who needs a visa to enter Dubai, should send us a copy of their passport by e-mail in order to go through the process of issuing visas for them.
- The charges of issuing visa for the IPES 2007 participants will be paid by Dubai Police.
- Attendees will obtain their visa on arriving at the Dubai International Airport. In case there are some participants who need to obtain the visa for the airline purpose, we suggest to them to apply as early as possible. They should send their data (copy of passport), in order for us to send them a copy of the visa in advance.

Dress Code:
Regarding the participants' dress code for the opening dinner: Could you please inform them to dress in an official suit & tie for the welcome dinner on 7th April 2007 at 7:30pm, which will be held in AL Bustan Centere & Residence.
As well as, for the opening ceremony, we suggest for the police officers and other officials to dress an official police uniform that they need to bring with them. Other participants should dress in official suits & tie for the opening ceremony.
While casual dress will be fine for sightseeing and the related events, participants should wear business attire ( suits and tie or comparable dress) for panels and sessions
