CONFERENCE SCHEDULE

Dress for formal receptions, opening ceremony, and panel sessions will be official attire. Casual dress is fine for all other occasions.

It is to be noted that it is obligatory to attend all events as described in the schedule. Informal events are as important as formal events like sessions and panels. It is imperative that participants do not skip any event. Unlike other conferences, IPES meetings are designed as retreat-like occasions to encourage exchanges, networking, building friendship and professional relationship. So it is important that before registering one must seriously consider these requirements.
