The International Police Executive Symposium (IPES) brings police researchers and practitioners together to facilitate cross-cultural, international and interdisciplinary exchanges for the enrichment of the policing profession. It encourages discussions and writing on challenging topics of contemporary importance through an array of initiatives including conferences and publications.

A Special Meeting of the IPES will be held Tuesday, November 2nd, 2010 through Saturday, November 6th, 2010, at the La Meridian Resort, Kochi City, Kerala, India. IPES is an international organization consisting of top police leaders and researchers from around the globe. We expect to draw a wide array of decision makers representing world-class institutions and international governments.

IPES is making every effort to provide accessible, comfortable and visible exhibit
space for you to display your products at our Special Meeting. The following details deadlines and fees for acquiring booth
exhibit space.

All exhibit reservation functions are handled by IPES’s central office.  Please contact Mintie Das at ipesinfo@yahoo.com to reserve your space.

The booth exhibit fees include:

  • booth space
  • table
  • two chairs
  • name badges for all attendees and one program per exhibitor

BOOTH RESERVATION

$800 each booth

Your reservation fee also includes registration to the IPES Kerala meeting—hotel, meals, cultural events, tourism, internal transportation, etc.  A wonderful opportunity for you to network with your targeted demographic. 

DATES AND HOURS OF EXHIBITION
Exhibitors may display their products throughout the duration of the conference.

EXHIBITORS' SET-UP TIME
Booth spaces will be ready for exhibitors to arrange their displays at 3 p.m., Tuesday,
October 26. Drayage will send exhibit kits.

DISMANTLING
All exhibit material must be packed and removed from the exhibit area by noon, Sunday,
October 31.

ADVERTISING
We would also encourage you to place an ad in the IPES Kerala  Program. Even if you
are unable to exhibit books this year, you can still reach the program participants through this medium. We also have the options of sending us inserts to be placed in the registration packets. The printed program is distributed to all those who register for the meetings.
