Meeting Registration

REGISTERING FOR THE MEETING IS A THREE STEP PROCESS.

Step One: PLEASE SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW

Step Two: COMPLETE AND SUBMIT THE REGISTRATION FORM
After you have sucessfully sent your registration payment, complete the registration form at the bottom of this page and click on the "submit form" buttom at the end to send your registration information to IPES.

Step Three: SEND COPY OF BIO AND PHOTO
Please submit a photo (jpeg or pdf) and bio (500 words-bios may be edited) to Dr. Darryl Plecas at darryl.plecas@ufv.ca as soon as possible to be included in the IPES 2011 Program Directory.

REGISTRATION FEES

Complete the payment selection below and send your administrative fees to IPES. Scroll down this page to the "PAYMENT SECTION". Click on the correct "Pay Now" button to electronically send your and or your spouse's registration fees to IPES. If you are registering more than one person, each registration fee has to be submitted separately. This transaction is managed by Paypal and is performed on a secure website. Most major credit cards are accepted.

	EARLY BIRD SPECIAL- March 1 thru May 30, 2011.
	* Participants - $800 * Spouses / PPR Editors / IPES Directors - $750 * Institutional Supporters - $750
	REGULAR - June 1 thru July 31, 2011.
	* Participants - $900 * Spouses / PPR Editors / IPES Directors - $850 * Institutional Supporters - $850
	LATE - August 1 thru Meeting.
	* Participants - $1000 * Spouses / PPR Editors / IPES Directors - $950 * Institutional Supporters - $950

WHAT YOUR REGISTRATION FEE COVERS:
Once successfully registered, you will receive free and full hospitality. This includes internal transportation, hotel accommodations, all meals, excursions to criminal justice and police institutions, sightseeing trips, and cultural entertainment at no extra cost to the participant.

In addition, you will receive a free subscription to Police Practice and Research: An International Journal which costs approximately $500 for an institution to subscribe to.

All participants and their organizations are invited to contribute to the book of proceedings which will be published after the meeting and all contributors will get a copy of the book (worth $100 or more). Besides, all IPES meeting participants are offered generous discounts for buying IPES books (See Publication Section in the web site). They are allowed discounts on advertisements online in the IPES web site and in the brochure that will be published as the Program Directory of the meeting.

Kindly note: Hotel is paid for from arrival on August 10, 2011 thru the last day of the meeting on August 13, 2011. Departure is on August 14th, 2011. Participants arriving before August 10, 2011 or departing after August 14th are required to cover their own accommodation expenses. Those needing extra hotel days should contact the hotel for discounted hotel rates.

Also, due to financial commitments and obligations on the part of IPES, refunds will not be permitted on or after June 15th, 2011. For all refunds, a processing fee of $100 will be withheld from the refunded amount for each attendee, spouse, significant other, or child that a refund is issued to.

PAYMENT SECTION

Paypal Transaction Fees
Paypal charges a small percentage of each transaction for using their service. This fee is reflected on the transaction as a tax and IPES has no control over this fee.

Hotel, airport pick-up and drop off, and all meals will be provided.  

	Late Registration Fee - $1000.00 This is the registration fee that all Attendees should use to register for the annual IPES meeting.
	Spouses & Associates Registration Fee - $950.00 This discounted registration fee is for Spouses, IPES Institutional Supporters, PPR Editors, and IPES Directors.
	Director Annual Fee ($260.00) IPES Directors are required to pay an annual fee to maintain their status as an active director.
	Other Fees Use this button to make partial payments for registration fees or payments to IPES not covered by the above buttons.
